201 Ostrya - Luxury ski Condo getaway

Positive: Location is very convenient, the cleaning level is outstanding, decoration is great and everything is extremely thoughtful and kids friendly

we arrived at night — the condo development is incomplete and we completely missed the building the first few times. we couldn’t imagine that anyone could sleep in the construction zone, let alone rent out a vrbo for this steep price. the property is under massive construction (maybe one out of 4 buildings is complete), there are construction trailers in the driveway, construction gravel all the way from the road to the building, the building that is visible from the road still has exposed wooden structural beams & missing windows etc. What’s more, the balcony from the unit points straight at a new building in the middle of construction, 20 meters across the “square” so you get a view of a bulldozer and construction. The host did mention that there was construction on the property; however, I could not imagine anything on this scale (I imagined one of the condo units was remodelling, not that 3 of the huge surrounding buildings were being raised from the ground up).Despite this false advertising on location/views (past reviews from this summer seem very suspicious), the unit itself was a nice new development with good furnishings and nice appliances/finishes. Unfortunately, the host did nothing to compensate us for this clear listing inaccuracy. Would not recommend staying here until construction is complete unless there were a significant reduction in price.

The condo offered a true five-star experience—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could imagine.Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with kids, or in a multigenerational group, this place has everything to make you feel at home. The attention to detail was outstanding: a fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances, cozy throws and extra pillows, board games for all ages, and even baby gear utensils that made traveling with little ones a breeze.The views from the balcony were stunning, and the proximity to the village and lifts made it incredibly convenient. After a day of exploring, skiing, or hiking, coming back to this warm, welcoming space was a treat. The fireplace created the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds.The hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure guests feel cared for, and it shows in every corner of the condo. This wasn’t just a rental—it felt like a luxurious home away from home. Definitely better than 5 star hotel.We’re already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended!
