Le Rustique - Retraite en nature avec SPA privé

This chalet is beautiful, cozy, and very well equipped. Other than two relatively minor points of feedback, our stay was exactly what we wanted!Overall, cleanliness was good, other than the hot tub. It's clear the hot tub had not be cleaned or filled in quite a while.The chalet is managed by a company and communication was, at times, contradictory as different staff would give different information about the availability of some amenities (BBQ, blender, etc.). Sometimes I wondered if I was messaging with an AI bot. It wasn't the end of the world - critical information about check-in and other important points were well communicated - but something to note nonetheless.

The setting is beautiful and the greater area provides everything for a great quality winter vacation, which is what we came for! A word of caution for future winter guests/renters staying after a freezing rain event: to get up the hills to the chalet, have good, newish winter tires, disable the automatic-braking feature for slipping, and drive confidently, ideally with an all-wheel drive mode.

Très bon emplacement, beaucoup de commodités proches, installations très propres et accueillantes, dans un coin très tranquille (aucun traffic, silence absolu, que les bruits de la nature!). Nous étions 6 et avons tous très bien dormi, dans de confortables chambres. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselles, chaudrons et outils / équipements facilitant la cuisine. Le spa et l'emplacement pour le feu extérieur furent très appréciés! Suffisamment de places pour stationner 2 véhicules, plusieurs bacs pour poubelles et recyclage. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et les échanges sont rapides, courtois et professionnels. Nous recommandons la location de cette résidence et y reviendrons, dans le futur!
